RB Leipzig make public their interest in Werder Bremen's Serge Gnabry

RB Leipzig have become the latest club to voice their interest in Werder Bremen winger Serge Gnabry.
Gnabry, 21, became a key player for Bremen after joining from Arsenal last summer, but a groin injury has limited his impact in the second half of the season and he has not started a game in two months.
The Germany international, however, has still been linked with a move to several Bundesliga clubs in recent weeks, including Hoffenheim, Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund.
And Leipzig have now become the latest club to make public their admiration for Gnabry, who reportedly has a €10 million release clause in his contract.
"He's certainly one of the hottest stocks in German football," Leipzig coach Ralph Hasenhuttl told Sky Deutschland. "He's an interesting player who fits into our hunting scheme."
Gnabry reportedly attracted interest from a number of other Bundesliga clubs before leaving Arsenal for Bremen last summer, having just starred for Germany at the 2016 Olympics.

"Serge Gnabry is a player who already made a name for himself at the Olympics prior to the season and with whom it was unclear whether he could also prevail in Bundesliga," Hasenhuttl added.
