Jorge Wilstermann vs Palmeiras: Preview and Prediction

Jorge Wilstermann vs Palmeiras Match Preview 4th May 2017

Jorge Wilstermann vs Palmeiras
Copa Libertadores 2017, Group Stage
Date: Thursday, 4th May 2017
Kick off at 01:45 UK/ 02:45 CET
Venue: Estadio Felix Capriles.
Wilstermann will be hoping to maintain the perfect record on the home pitch in this term of Copa Libertadores.
The Bolivians were just ruthless netting as many as eight goals in two home fixtures with Atletico Tucuman and Penarol.
However, the hosts will face the toughest challenge yet this Wednesday as they will take on the group leaders and Brazilian Serie A champions from 2016 Palmeiras.
Jorge Wilstermann
Roberto Mosquera can’t be quite thrilled with his team’s performances in the domestic campaign where Wilstermann hold the 10th position after 13 rounds of the competition.
The Peruvian manager will have a huge challenge to fix the obvious holes at the back because Palmeiras have a deadly lineup of strikers up front.
Wilstermann conceded at least two goals in each of their last three fixtures in all competitions.
Palmeiras
Palmeiras notched as many as three goals in a victory over Penarol after coming back from being two goals down in the first half.
Eduardo Baptista’s side have been enjoying a phenomenal form with five wins in last six matches in all competitions.

Wilstermann vs Palmeiras: Head to head

Yerry Mina came out with the match-winner for Palmeiras in the first ever meeting with Wilstermann back in mid-March.

Wilstermann vs Plameiras: Prediction

Unlike the case was with the first round match, we certainly expect to see a high-scoring affair at Estadio Felix Capriles.
The visitors are clear favourites to pick up the victory, but we’ll be careful with the stakes because the Bolivians are very tough to beat on the home court in Copa Libertadores.
