As apostas realizadas na ESPORTES DA SORTE serão regidas e interpretadas de acordo com as leis de Malta.
Participantes terão que ser maiores de 18 anos de idade.

REGRAS DE APOSTAS:
90 Minutos de Jogo:
Todos os jogos são baseados no resultado ao final dos 90 minutos de jogo. Isto inclui qualquer tempo de compensação, mas não inclui: prorrogação, gol de ouro ou marcações de grandes penalidades.
Jogos Adiados, Reagendados ou Abandonados:
Quaisquer jogos não jogados ou adiados serão considerados "Não Participantes" para efeitos de resolução de apostas, a menos que sejam jogados em até 48 horas. Na eventualidade de isto acontecer, as apostas serão mantidas. Se o jogo não acontecer até o prazo final estipulado, todas as apostas serão canceladas e o dinheiro das apostas serão devolvidos (ressalva para casos onde a confederação determinar o jogo como finalizado antes dos 90 minutos, sendo assim o resultado final prevalecerá para resolução de apostas). Se houverem outros jogos em apostas “casadinha” ou “combinada” esses continuarão valendo.
Se uma partida for iniciada e não for completada, só valerão as apostas que forem resolvidas. Apostas indecisas serão devolvidas. Se a partida for remarcada para até 48 horas, as apostas continuarão em abertas, aguardando a finalização da partida.
Resultado ao Intervalo:
As apostas serão anuladas se o jogo for abandonado antes do intervalo. Se o jogo for abandonado só no segundo tempo e sua aposta foi intervalo, a aposta valerá.
Apostas em Handicap de Gol (também conhecido como Handicap Europeu ou Handicap de Resultado):
As apostas ganhadoras deverão prever o vencedor do jogo no final do Tempo Normal depois que a pontuação final tenha sido ajustada pelo handicap.
Apostas em empate handicap sempre se referem ao time da casa independentemente seja para mais ou menos.
No Handicap de Gol, temos acesso a linhas tanto para as vitórias da equipa A e B, como também para o empate, e as linhas oferecidas são sempre em números inteiros, e somente números inteiros. Vejamos um exemplo prático:
Jogo: Alemanha x Portugal
Alemanha -1 : A Alemanha terá que vencer por mais de 1 gol de diferença (Ex.: 3-1).
Empate -1 : A Alemanha só poderá vencer por 1 gol de diferença (Ex.: 2-1 ou 3-2).
Portugal +1 : Portugal terá que vencer ou empatar (Ex.: 3-3).

Handicap 0:1
Aposta no time da casa (time da casa já começa a partida perdendo de 1x0. Logo, essa aposta é pra equipe da casa virar o jogo, ou seja, ganhar por uma diferença de pelo menos 2 gols, antigo handicap casa-1).
Aposta no time de fora (time de fora já começa a partida ganhando de 1x0. Logo, essa aposta só será perdedora se o time da casa ganhar a partida, ou seja, o time de fora precisa empatar ou ganhar pra aposta ser vencedora, antigo handicap fora+1).
Aposta no empate (como o time de fora já começa a partida ganhando de 1x0, pra partida terminar empate pro handicap, o time da casa precisa ganhar a partida por 1 gol de diferença exatamente. Só dessa forma a aposta será vencedora, antigo handicap empate+1).
Handicap 1:0
Aposta no time da casa (time da casa já começa a partida ganhando de 1x0. Logo, essa aposta só será perdedora se o time de fora ganhar a partida, ou seja, o time da casa precisa empatar ou ganhar pra aposta ser vencedora, antigo handicap casa+1).
Aposta no time de fora (time e fora já começa a partida perdendo de 1x0. Logo, essa aposta é pra equipe de fora virar o jogo, ou seja, ganhar por uma diferença de pelo menos 2 gols, antigo handicap fora-1).

Eventos de Minutos:
Para um evento de 10 minutos, por exemplo, os resultados apostados devem acontecer entre 00:00 e 09:59 (minutos) para serem contados dentro dos primeiros 10 minutos (ex.: um escanteio atribuído neste período, mas cobrado após os 10 minutos não conta. O mesmo vale para laterais, pênaltis, gols, etc...).
Gols Mais/Menos:
Exemplos:
Gols - Menos de 2.5: As apostas ganham se houver 0, 1 ou 2 gols marcados no jogo. As apostas perdem se houver 3 ou mais gols marcados no jogo.
Gols - Mais de 2.5: As apostas ganham se houver 3 ou mais gols marcados no jogo. As apostas perdem se houver 0, 1 ou 2 gols no jogo.
As apostas serão invalidadas se o encontro for abandonado, a não ser que o resultado já tenha sido determinado (a regra também vale para o evento: tempo com mais gols).
Para Ganhar Ambas as Partes:
O time escolhido tem que marcar mais gols que o adversário em ambas as partes do jogo.
Para Marcar Ambas as Partes:
O time escolhido tem que marcar pelo menos 1 gol em cada tempo de jogo.

Fora devolve a aposta:
Time da casa (quem apostar nessa opção só será vencedor o time da casa ganhar. Se for empate perde e se o visitante ganhar a aposta será devolvida).
Empate (quem apostar nessa opção só será vencedor se o jogo for empate. Se o time da casa ganhar perde e se o visitante ganhar a aposta será devolvida).
Casa devolve a aposta:

Apostas Ao Vivo:
Pode-se apostar em partidas em andamento. Essas apostas estarão disponíveis na aba AO VIVO. Para efeito de segurança, toda aposta AO VIVO terá um delay de 30 segundos, depois da aposta colocada. A ESPORTES DA SORTE não pagará prêmios de jogos que por erro de sistema ficaram abertas. Neste caso, a aposta será cancelada e o apostador terá o dinheiro devolvido.
Erro de Sistema:
A ESPORTES DA SORTE não pagará prêmios de jogos que já tenham começados e por erro de sistema continuaram disponíveis para apostas (isso inclui apostas antecipadas e apostas ao vivo). Neste caso, as apostas serão canceladas e o apostador terá o dinheiro devolvido.
Erro de Cotação:
A ESPORTES DA SORTE não pagará prêmios de jogos que por erro de sistema tiveram as cotações inseridas incorretamente, onde visivelmente são demasiadamente altas (isso inclui apostas antecipadas e apostas ao vivo). Neste caso, as apostas serão canceladas e o apostador terá o dinheiro devolvido.

Qualifié pour la prochaine édition de la Ligue des Champions, Manchester City s’apprête à réaliser un gros mercato estival.

Mais finalement, le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport a repêché Manchester City, qui disputera donc la Ligue des Champions. L’une des principales missions du technicien catalan sera de combler le départ de David Silva, lequel va quitter le club libre de tout contrat après la Ligue des Champions au mois d’août.

Et pour le remplacer, Manchester City pourrait bien piocher en Ligue 1 puisque selon les informations obtenues par El Gol Digital, Houssem Aouar est toujours une piste de premier choix dans l’esprit de Pep Guardiola. Et financièrement, l’opération serait totalement jouable pour Manchester City puisque le média indique, à la surprise générale, qu’un transfert à hauteur de 30 ME est envisageable pour l’international espoirs français, un prix fera sans aucun doute tiquer les supporters de l’Olympique Lyonnais. Par ailleurs, le média espagnol fait savoir que le Real Madrid suit également la situation d’Houssem Aouar, lequel dispose d’un bon de sortie pour quitter la capitale des Gaules cet été. Un constat qui sera d’autant plus valable en cas de non-qualification pour la coupe d’Europe. Après la défaite face au PSG en finale de la Coupe de la Ligue, l’OL doit réaliser l’exploit de remporter la Ligue des Champions afin de se qualifier en Europe pour la saison prochaine…

PSG : Neymar va aimer, une bonne nouvelle venue du Real

Avec le départ d’Edinson Cavani, il apparaît désormais indispensable pour le PSG de recruter un buteur durant ce mercato estival.

A l’affût de bons plans à moindre coût, le directeur sportif parisien a entrepris des démarches afin de recruter Matheus Cunha en provenance du Hertha Berlin.

Durant la semaine, les représentants de Matheus Cunha ont informé les dirigeants du Hertha Berlin de l’intérêt du Paris Saint-Germain. Le club dans lequel s’est récemment engagé Lucas Tousart n’est pas vendeur. Mais la situation pourrait évoluer en cas de proposition intéressante financièrement. Pour l’heure, on ne sait pas jusqu’à quel prix le Paris Saint-Germain est prêt à monter. Ce qui est certain en revanche, c’est que la concurrence s’éloigne dans ce dossier. En Espagne, un intérêt du Real Madrid pour le Brésilien de 21 ans avait notamment circulé afin de combler le très probable départ de Mariano Diaz. Mais selon les informations obtenues par Don Balon, la piste a finalement été refermée au sein de la Casa Blanca. Une bonne nouvelle pour le PSG et notamment pour Neymar, qui a glissé le nom de son compatriote aux dirigeants franciliens et qui milite activement pour la venue de l’ancien joueur de Cortitiba, du FC Sion ou encore du Red Bull Leipzig au Paris Saint-Germain.

OM : McCourt n'a plus un rond, le clan Ajroudi gonflé à bloc

C’est un pressing à haute intensité que Mohamed Ajroudi a décidé d’opérer auprès de Frank McCourt, pour racheter l’Olympique de Marseille.

Après les déclarations sulfureuses dans la presse pendant quelques semaines, c’est par le biais des banques et des juristes que le franco-tunisien fait passer ses messages. Et même si ce n’est plus lui directement qui envoie les missiles, cela continue de faire du bruit vu l’ampleur du dossier. Surtout que ses conseils sont au mois aussi aventureux que lui. La preuve avec ces propos signés Marc Deschenaux sur La Chaine L’Equipe, et le juriste qui travaille pour Mohamed Ajroudi dans le dossier du rachat de l’OM, mais aussi du Stade Vélodrome, n’hésite pas à sous entendre que Frank McCourt a du mal à boucler les rentrées d’argent nécessaire pour sauver le club olympien.

« Quand quelqu’un recherche des financements sur le marché des capitaux, c’est en principe parce qu’il n’a pas d’argent lui-même. On a obtenu des informations qui disaient : « le club de Marseille est à la recherche de X millions, ou X dizaines de millions » et on s’est rendu compte qu’ils n’arrivaient pas à les trouver », a ainsi fait savoir Marc Deschenaux, pour qui l’OM est quasiment à l’agonie sur le plan financier. Des affirmations qui n’engagent pas grand monde, sachant que McCourt a tout de même apporté des garanties financières convaincantes à la DNCG pour permettre de faire passer le bilan financier. Même si celui-ci n’est clairement pas positif sur les dernières années, le gendarme financier du football français n’a pas sourciller et n’a pas montré de signes d’inquiétude pour la survie de l’OM et ses salariés dans les années à venir.

Jeder dritte fußballinteressierte Österreicher gab in einer Umfrage Rapid als seinen Lieblingsverein an - ein Rekordwert.

Rapid konnte seine Beliebtheit trotz der schwierigen Corona-Zeiten und des Transparent-Eklats steigern. Das zeigt eine aktuelle Studie zum Fußball-Monitoring in Österreich. 

Im Auftrag der Österreichischen Fußball-Bundesliga analysierte das market Marktforschungsinstitut erst kürzlich bei 1.202 ÖsterreicherInnen, im Zeitraum zwischen 24. Juni und 9. Juli 2020, Fragen rund um den persönlichen Zugang zum Fußball im Allgemeinen, den Stadionbesuch und die Ligen sowie auch zu den heimischen Vereinen.

Dabei gab jede/r dritte fußballinteressierte Österreicher/in (39 Prozent) an, den Hütteldorfer Klub am liebsten zu mögen. Das ist im Vergleich zu 2019 eine Steigerung von 6 Prozent - und zugleich der höchste jemals gemessene Wert bei diesen Bundesliga-Studien. Dahinter reihten sich mit Respektabstand Meister Salzburg (22% / im Vergleich zu 2019 -2%) und der LASK (13% / +6%). Sturm Graz sowie die Wiener Austria müssen die größten Einbüßen einstecken - die Grazer nannten nur 9 Prozent (-6%) als Lieblingsklub an, die Favoritner lediglich 4 Prozent (-8%). 

Salzburg am sympathischsten

Bei der Frage nach dem sympathischsten Erstliga-Verein liegt hingegen weiter Serienmeister Salzburg vorne.

Die Salzburger werden von 19 Prozent als sehr und von 29 Prozent eher sympathisch eingestuft. Dahinter folgen der LASK (14/23), Rapid (14/17) und Sturm (9/26).

Beliebt bei den Jungen

Die Hütteldorfer erfreuen sich großer Beliebtheit bei der wichtigen Zielgruppe der Fußballinteressierten zwischen 16 und 29 Jahren. Hier gibt mehr als die Hälfte (52%) den SK Rapid als Lieblingsverein an.

Wenig überraschend ist die Verteilung der Beliebtheit in den Bundesländern. Rapid ist in Wien die klare Nummer 1 (63%, Lokalrivalen Austria haben 10% genannt), aber auch in Niederösterreich und dem Burgenland (47%).
