Die CDU-Fraktion im Bundestag begrüßt die DFL-Pläne für eine Rückkehr der Fans in die Fußball-Stadien. Für den ehemaligen Kunstturner Eberhard Gienger sollte dabei das geplante Alkoholverbot eine dauerhafte Lösung sein: “Dass es in den Fußballstadien einstweilen keinen Alkohol mehr gibt, ist eine gute Nachricht”, sagte Gienger gegenüber der “Augsburger Allgemeinen”. “Das könnte einen Weg für die Zukunft darstellen, denn Alkohol spielt auch bei Ausschreitungen oder dem Missbrauch von Pyrotechnik oft eine Rolle”, sagte der Sprecher der Arbeitsgruppe Sport und Ehrenamt der CDU/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion.
Positiv sieht Gienger, dass die DFL gerade ein Konzept erarbeitet, wie in Corona-Zeiten Fans wieder ins Stadion dürfen. “Ich begrüße es, dass die Zuschauer schrittweise in die Stadien zurückkehren”, sagte Gienger. Für ihn ist das DFL-Hygienekonzept auch ein Vorbild für andere Sportarten: “Der Fußball kann als Speerspitze für die Normalisierung auch in anderen Sportarten dienen. Die Gesundheitsämter und Genehmigungsbehörden werden das Vorgehen der Vereine nun sehr genau beobachten, das ist gut so. Die Bundesliga hat einen gangbaren Weg zurück zu einer Art Normalität aufgezeigt, auch wenn die Fans dafür Unannehmlichkeiten und womöglich höhere Kosten in Kauf nehmen müssen.”

Fast fünf Monate sind seit der Hinspiel-Niederlage des VfL Wolfsburg im Achtelfinale der Europa League gegen Schachtjor Donezk vergangen.
Nun tritt die Elf von Trainer Oliver Glasner das Rückspiel in Kiew an und will die 1:2-Pleite wieder wettmachen. Es winkt der Einzug ins Finalturnier in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Anstoß ist um 18.55 Uhr.
Der Mittelpunkt des Elektro-Rennsports wird ab Mittwoch in Berlin liegen. Die Formel E startet auf dem stillgelegten Flughafen Tempelhof um 19.00 Uhr mit den ersten von sechs Läufen nach fünfmonatiger Corona-Zwangspause. Auch die fünf weiteren Rennen werden binnen neun Tagen an gleicher Stelle mit unterschiedlichen Strecken-Layouts ausgetragen. Danach steht der neue Formel-E-Meister fest.
Neue UEFA-Regel: Alle fünf deutschen Klubs in CL und EL profitieren
Um 18.55 Uhr nimmt die Europa League heute ihren Spielbetrieb wieder auf, die Champions League zieht am Freitag nach. Wie bekannt wurde, hat die UEFA ihre Regel der Gelb-Sperren angepasst - zum Wohl aller deutschen Klubs.
Für den VfL Wolfsburg und Bayer 04 Leverkusen rollt bereits ab heute Abend wieder der Ball auf der internationalen Bühne, Eintracht Frankfurt ist morgen dran. Der FC Bayern München muss sich am Samstag beweisen, RB Leipzig muss bis nächste Woche warten. Eins haben aber alle fünf deutschen Teams gemeinsam. Sollten sie jeweils die Runde der letzten acht erreichen (Leipzig ist schon qualifiziert), werden alle bisherigen Verwarnungen gelöscht. Bisher war das erst nach dem Viertelfinale der Fall. Die Regeländerung zählt jedoch nur für die aktuelle Spielzeit, weil die Schlussphase in Einzelpartien, statt mit Hin- und Rückspielen ausgetragen wird.

Beim FC Bayern München profitieren Joshua Kimmich und Thiago. Beide wurden bisher je zweimal in der Königsklasse verwarnt. Kommt im Achtelfinale-Rückspiel gegen den FC Chelsea keine weitere Gelbe Karte dazu, wird auf null zurückgestellt. Bei RB Leipzig sind Marcel Sabitzer und Amadou Haidara die Nutznießer. Um ins Viertelfinale der Europa League einzuziehen, muss Eintracht Frankfurt einen 0:3-Rückstand gegen den FC Basel drehen. Gelingt das ohne eine weitere Verwarnung für David Abrahahm und Daichi Kamada, wird auch ihr Gelb-Konto gelöscht. Gleiches gilt für Mitchell Weiser (Bayer 04 Leverkusen) und unter anderen Maximilian Arnold und Wout Weghorst (beide VfL Wolfsburg).

Il Basaksehir ha recentemente conquistato il primo titolo nazionale della sua storia. La squadra allenata da Okan Buruk – tecnico con un passato da centrocampista, visto all’opera anche in Italia, dove ha vestito la maglia dell’Inter tra il 2001 e il 2004 – è stata protagonista di uno splendido percorso in patria e tenterà di brillare ancora in Europa League, competizione in cui si è imposta in casa per 1-0 nell’andata degli ottavi di finale, grazie a un gol segnato da Edin Visca su calcio di rigore.
Il Copenaghen ha chiuso al secondo posto il massimo campionato danese, alle spalle del Midtjylland, che si è rivelato più forte e ha trionfato per la seconda volta nelle ultime tre stagioni. La formazione guidata in panchina da Staale Solbakken proverà a rifarsi a livello continentale, ma è consapevole di essere attesa da un impegno ricco di insidie. Ribaltare il risultato maturato a Istanbul lo scorso 12 marzo non sarà semplicissimo: al Parken Stadium, una rete subita costringerebbe i padroni di casa a segnare almeno tre, perciò è probabile che il loro atteggiamento sarà inizialmente molto prudente. Con il passare dei minuti, però, una maggiore spregiudicatezza tattica diventerà inevitabile. Le quattro sconfitte subite dal Copenaghen nelle ultime sette partite giocate non sono un buon segnale.
Nella ripresa, insomma, gli ospiti potrebbero essere messi sotto pressione. In più di una circostanza, comunque, dovrebbero approfittare degli spazi disponibili e ripartire in velocità, puntando sulle giocate del sopracitato Visca, che ha già segnato per sei volte in questa edizione dell’Europa League, di cui è il capocannoniere insieme con Andraz Sporar, Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Jota, Alfredo Morelos e Daichi Kamada.

Il primo tempo potrebbe essere caratterizzato da non più di un gol, mentre almeno due gol saranno verosimilmente segnati nella ripresa.

Lo Shakhtar Donetsk ha dominato l’edizione 2019-2020 della Premier League ucraina e si è aggiudicato il tredicesimo titolo nazionale della propria storia, il quarto consecutivo. Dopo la separazione da Paulo Fonseca, trasferitosi sulla panchina della Roma nella scorsa estate, il club di Donetsk ha puntato su Luis Castro ed è riuscito a proseguire una già lunga serie di successi.
Il Wolfsburg ha chiuso la Bundesliga al settimo posto. Allenato da Oliver Glasner, è abituato a mostrare un gioco propositivo e ha buone individualità da centrocampo in su, ma fatica spesso a gestire la fase difensiva in modo adeguato. Non a caso, nell’andata degli ottavi di Europa League, ha incassato una sconfitta casalinga per 2-1. Junior Moraes ha portato rapidamente in vantaggio lo Shakhtar, raggiunto a inizio ripresa da una rete di John Brooks e tornato definitivamente avanti con un gol di Marcos Antonio, arrivato a poco più di un quarto d’ora dal termine. Il match della Volkswagen Arena è stato anche caratterizzato da due calci di rigore falliti, uno per parte: Viktor Kovalenko e Wout Weghorst hanno sbagliato dal dischetto.
La sfida di ritorno si preannuncia altrettanto spettacolare. Il Wolfsburg dovrà scendere in campo con un atteggiamento ancor più spregiudicato del solito, nel tentativo di compiere una difficile rimonta. Lo Shakhtar rischierà di soffrire in fase di non possesso palla, ma avrà verosimilmente enormi spazi e sembra pronto a ottenere una nuova vittoria.
Si giocherà a Kiev. Ormai da tanti anni, del resto, lo Shakhtar deve emigrare per disputare i propri match casalinghi. La Donbass Arena di Donetsk, che era un autentico gioiello, fu parzialmente danneggiata nel 2014 da due ordigni, durante i combattimenti tra forze governative ucraine e miliziani filorussi.

Una splendida seconda parte di stagione ha consentito al Manchester United di chiudere la Premier League al terzo posto e di qualificarsi per la prossima edizione della Champions. I Red Devils avevano lungamente esibito un rendimento altalenante, prima di trovare la necessaria continuità e di compiere una grande rimonta in campionato.
Uno dei principali artefici di questi progressi è certamente Bruno Fernandes, il cui arrivo dallo Sporting CP – materializzatosi durante la scorsa sessione invernale di mercato – ha consentito alla squadra allenata da Ole Gunnar Solskjaer di migliorare dal punto di vista della gestione del pallone e sotto il profilo realizzativo.
Da quando si è trasferito in Inghilterra, Fernandes ha realizzato dieci reti in venti presenze, ha cominciato presto a rivestire un ruolo fondamentale nell’assetto tattico predisposto da Solskjaer e ha dimostrato di poter essere importante per la crescita di alcuni giovani, Marcus Rashford e Mason Greenwood su tutti.
Dopo una lunga rincorsa, lo United è apparso un po’ stanco nelle ultime partite. Adesso, comunque, sta rifiatando: non gioca dallo scorso 26 luglio e potrà affrontare con grande tranquillità il ritorno degli ottavi di Europa League, essendosi imposto addirittura per 5-0 in trasferta nel match d’andata. In attesa della Final Eight, insomma, ci sono tutti i margini per recuperare le energie necessarie.
La pessima ripartenza del LASK Linz
Il Lask Linz prima dello stop per l’emergenza coronavirus era la più grande sorpresa del campionato austriaco, in piena lotta per la vittoria del titolo. Penalizzata di sei punti per violazione del fair play, avendo svolto allenamenti di gruppo vietati durante la pandemia, il LASK Linz ha poi chiuso la Bundesliga al quarto posto, perdendo le ultime tre partite di campionato. Il cambio di allenatore, con Thalhammer al posto di Ismael, fa capire che il club pensa già alla prossima stagionee. Del resto ha già dimostrato di non poter opporre una resistenza adeguata di fronte ai Red Devils.
A Old Trafford, gli ospiti correranno il serio pericolo di vivere una serata decisamente complessa. Un’ampia rotazione non dovrebbe impedire ai padroni di casa di mettersi in mostra: ci sarà spazio per tanti calciatori recentemente poco impiegati, ma pur sempre di buon livello e pronti a brillare contro una formazione poco competitiva.

I gol complessivi saranno verosimilmente almeno tre. Una vittoria del Manchester United è probabile.

Inter-Getafe è una delle due partite degli ottavi di finale di Europa League, insieme a Siviglia-Roma, che verrà giocata in partita secca. L’Uefa ha infatti deciso in seguito allo stravolgimento dei calendari dovuta all’emergenza per il coronavirus, di non fare giocare le partite di andata e ritorno come in tutti gli altri casi dopo il rinvio dello scorso mese di marzo. La partita verrà disputata in campo neutro a Gelsenkirchen, nello stadio in cui gioca le sue partite casalinghe la squadra tedesca dello Schalke 04. In caso di parità nei 90 minuti di gioco regolamentari e in caso di ulteriore parità si andrà ai calci di rigore. La stessa formula che verrà usata dalle Final Eight in poi, a cui l’Inter aspira ad arrivare.
Una missione ampiamente alla portata della squadra allenata da Conte. Il Getafe è una squadra sempre difficile da affrontare a livello tattico, ma non può passare inosservato il calo di rendimento della squadra nel post lockdown. La squadra di José Bordalás alla ripresa della Liga era quarta in classifica ma ha rovinato tutto con una sola vittoria, cinque pareggi e cinque sconfitte, non riuscendo a qualificarsi nemmeno per la prossima Europa League. In questo parziale ha subito dodici gol, in media sempre e comunque non tantissimi, come da tradizione recente del club. Qualcosa però non ha funzionato in attacco: appena sei gol segnati, con i frombolieri Angel Rodriguez e Jaime Mata (28 gol totali in due) che ne hanno fatti appena tre dalla ripartenza del calcio spagnolo.
L’Inter ha fatto complessivamente bene in questo finale di stagione, ma la scarsa precisione degli attaccanti nella semifinale di Coppa Italia contro il Napoli e le rimonte subite per disattenzioni in campionato l’hanno lasciata almeno finora senza trofei. Nel complesso l’Inter post lockdown ha comunque vinto 8 partite, pareggiandone 5 e perdendone appena una. Un rendimento che lascia ben sperare per questa Europa League in cui sono poche le avversarie di alto livello.

Partido histórico para el Getafe que se enfrentará a uno de los colosos de Europa, el Inter de Milán, que comandado por súper estrellas de talla mundial como Eriksen, Lukaku o Lautaro Martínez, está considerado como uno de los favoritos para ganar la competición.
Partido histórico el que se vivirá mañana en Alemania. Getafe e Inter de Milán se enfrentarán mañana en la eliminatoria correspondiente a los Octavos de Final de la UEFA Europa League.
Debemos recordar que este enfrentamiento tuvo que ser aplazado debido a la pandemia del COVID-19. En circunstancias normales, la eliminatoria y el resto de fases finales de la competición se habrían disputado ya, pero la UEFA modificó la fecha, el planteamiento de las eliminatorias (serán a partido único) y la disputa de los partidos en estadios de un mismo país (Alemania en el caso de la Europa League, Portugal en el caso de la Champions) y a puerta cerrada.
Una cita para la historia
Pocas veces se vivirá en una ciudad como Getafe un partido del calibre del de mañana. Y es que el Getafe tiene la oportunidad de hacer historia una vez más. De nuevo, una plantilla histórica intentará emular una vez más al "EuroGeta" de la temporada 07-08. Diferente plantilla, diferente entrenador, época distinta, pero más ambición que nunca. El Getafe está listo para tratar de colarse en los cuartos de final de la Europa League con un equipo muy capacitado para lograrlo. Demostrado quedó en la eliminatoria de dieciseisavos de final en la que se enfrentaron al Ajax de Ámsterdam, en la que los azulones lograron eliminar a uno de los equipos semifinalistas de la pasada edición de la Champions League.

El Inter, como un tiro
El Inter, a diferencia del Getafe, volvió del confinamiento en muy buen estado de forma, prueba de ello son los resultados. 9 victorias, 4 empates y sólo 1 derrota. Han encajado 12 goles y han anotado 34 en 14 partidos (encajan 1,16 goles/partido mientras que anotan 2,42 goles/partido), números muy notables, haciendo del Inter uno de los mejores equipos desde que volvieron del confinamiento de las grandes ligas europeas. En el tramo final de la Serie A, han conseguido hacerse con la 2ª plaza del campeonato doméstico superando a una Lazio que estaba siendo el único equipo capaz de disputarle el scudetto a la Juve, que les otorga derecho para disputar la próxima edición de la Champions League.
Mucho que ganar, poco que perder
El titular de este ladillo es aplicable tanto a un equipo como a otro, aunque si bien es cierto que el Inter podría llevar al choque una mayor presión ante la obligación de hacer un gran papel en la Europa League, siendo considerado uno de los favoritos para alzarse como campeón. Además los neroazzurri realizaron una fase de grupos de Champions en la que fueron eliminados como terceros de grupo, convirtiéndose así en el rival a evitar por todos los equipos más "nobles" de la competición. Sin embargo el Inter no debe confiarse, pues delante tendrá a un equipo con mucha garra, muy peleón y que disputa el partido durante los 90´que dura. El Getafe no es un equipo muy acostumbrado a jugar competiciones europeas, pero quiere seguir soñando. Y es que el Getafe llega al partido con un tipo de presión distinta, y es que, tras perder en la última jornada de LaLiga una de las plazas que dan acceso a disputar esta competición, tiene una última bala en la recámara para jugar en Europa la temporada, ganar la Europa League, y van a luchar por ello. Pase lo que pase, la ciudad de Getafe estará más que orgullosa de este equipo.

Cuidado con...
La zaga azulona debe estudiar muy bien al equipo milanés, aunque más todavía la figura de cuatro jugadores de ataque. El primero es el chileno Alexis Sánchez que ha renacido, recuperando su mejor versión a la que nos tenía acostumbrados años atrás, tras el confinamiento, marcando 3 goles y dando 7 asistencias. Otro de los grandes futbolistas del equipo italiano es Romelu Lukaku. Corpulencia, fuerza, disparo...todo aquello que hace que el belga sea un peligro constante para las defensas y que ha conseguido recuperar este año a su llegada a Milán, ya que anteriormente en Manchester no rindió acorde con las expectativas que generó su fichaje. Por último hay que destacar al joven delantero Lautaro Martínez, que otra temporada más ha demostrado que es uno de los futuros delanteros "top" del mundo. Lleva tiempo apareciendo en rumores que le sitúan en las filas del F.C. Barcelona en el futuro, aunque parece que aún no saldrá del Inter. El futuro de la Selección Argentina está en sus manos, junto a las de Paulo Dybala o Rodrigo De Paul

Antecedentes
Este es un partido sin precedentes. Nunca antes en la historia de ambos equipos se han enfrentado, por tanto no hay estadística que valga para tener una referencia acerca del partido de mañana. Lo que es seguro es que será un partido muy reñido y que ninguno de los dos equipos regalará nada. En declaraciones de Antonio Conte, entrenador del Inter "será un partido sucio", lo que resulta curioso viniendo de un entrenador como Conte, que nunca ha destacado por ser un entrenador ofensivo sino más bien lo contrario y de un equipo que juega en la Serie A, que normalmente no destaca por ser una liga con alto porcentaje anotador y que sí destaca por ser un fútbol lento y a veces un poco aburrido.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has outlined his determination to end Manchester United’s season with silverware, using his star players in a bid to win the Europa League.
The Norwegian can afford to name a largely shadow team against LASK on Wednesday, with United leading the last-16 tie 5-0 after the first leg.
Jesse Lingard is a confirmed starter, while Dan James and Andreas Pereira could also feature.
But Solskjaer will call upon his big names when United travel to Germany for the remaining rounds next week.
Despite already securing Champions League football with a third-placed domestic finish, Solskjaer wants to end the season on a high.
He said: “For me, going into any game you want to win. We’re four games away from winning a trophy.
“The team has developed throughout the whole season. We are delighted with finishing third, [the] next step for this team is getting the hands on a trophy.
“We have been to two semi-finals and we want to go one step further and we want to win something.
“The players want to play, they don’t want the break. They’re bothering me all the time - they don’t want to rest, they want to play.
“It’s not easy to say they’re rested, especially with players of that quality. But we go into that tournament wanting to win.
“We go into this tournament with players wanting to win so they won’t be given a break, they will be called upon.”
Solskjaer hopes a first trophy will prove the springboard to a new era of success for United.
He added: “You can see when Sir Alex [Ferguson[ won the Premier League for the first team, that was the start of the Premier League era.
“When I won my first trophy as a player it made me more hungry. You saw the highs of it and how much it meant to everyone.
