FC Dallas vs Nashville Prediction & Match Preview

FC Dallas vs Nashville SC
USA – Major League Soccer
Date: Monday, 17 August 2020
Kick-Off at 01:30 UK/ 02:30 CET
Venue: Toyota Stadium (Frisco)
The Toros will face Nashville the second time in two weeks. They lost that game which marked their first defeat in this campaign of the MLS. On the other side, Nashville was able to pick up their first point this year. The home side has a defeat and wins each in their three matches so far. The attack has been in full floe except in the latest fixture. They are also facing problems outside the pitch which will have an impact on team morale.
Nashville is still buzzing after their first win of the season. But they need to win more matches to get to a better position in the Eastern Conference. But it is easier said than done with big teams coming up in upcoming games.

FC Dallas vs Nashville Head-to-head (h2h)

  • The only head to head match between them saw Nashville win with a final score of 0-1.

FC Dallas vs Nashville Prediction

Even though Dallas has lost their last league fixture, I think they must have learned a lot about the opposition. That will help them to prepare well for this upcoming match. Compared to the visitors they are much more experienced at this level of competition. We can expect them to keep the major part of ball possession as the last game. So I am backing the home team to get all three points in this one.
The away team has only scored twice this year in three games. On the other hand, the hosts have scoring more than a goal per game on average. They have a good scoring record at home if we look at the recent home fixtures. So I am backing only one team to score on Monday.

FC Dallas vs Nashville Betting Tips

  • FC Dallas to win @ 1.70 (7/10).
  • Both teams to score: No @ 1.90 (9/10).

Lewandowski lepszy od Messiego i Ronaldo. UEFA doceniła Polaka

Robert Lewandowski został wybrany najlepszym zawodnikiem minionego weekendu Ligi Mistrzów. Napastnik Bayernu Monachium pokonał m.in. Cristiano Ronaldo i Lionela Messiego.

Lewandowski zawodnikiem weekendu

Postawę Lewandowskiego doceniła UEFA, która wybrała go najlepszym zawodnikiem minionego weekendu w Lidze Mistrzów.

Hebei vs Tianjin Teda Prediction & Match Preview

Hebei CFFC vs Tianjin Teda
China – Super League
Date: Monday, 17 August 2020
Kick-Off at 13:00 UK/ 14:00 CET
Venue: Suzhou Sports Centre (Suzhou)
Two of the poorest teams in Group B will meet on Monday. The home side is second to last in the table with just two points in four matches. They opened the season with a draw with Shijiazhuang. The latest fixture saw them lose to the table-toppers Beijing Guoan. Also with their upcoming opposition, they have conceded the most number of goals so far.
Tianjin was one of the better teams last season. But after just four matches they are at the bottom of the table. They are one among the four teams that are yet to win this season. From their four games, they have conceded 11 goals which are almost three goals per match.

Hebei vs Tianjin Teda: Head-to-head (h2h)

  • Both teams have two wins each in their last five meetings.
  • Both sides found the back of the net in three of those five matches across all venues.
  • The home side has three wins and a loss in the four head to head games at this ground.
  • All three recent clashes here produced more than 2.5 goals in total.
  • Hebei has drawn both their home matches this year.

Hebei vs Tianjin Teda Prediction

I am expecting a high scoring game on Monday as both of them have major issues in defense. Both these squads have given away 11 goals until now and I think that tally will rise in upcoming games. All four matches that Hebei played had more than 2.5 goals in total. Apart from the match against Shanghai, they have never failed to score even though the defense has been a failure.
Similarly, we can see over 2.5 goals in all matches that Teda took part in. Like their upcoming opposition, they have scored in all but one of those matches. So I am backing a high scoring game with both teams getting goals.

Hebei vs Tianjin Teda Betting Tips

  • Over 2.5 goals @ 1.70 (7/10).
  • Both teams to score @ 1.62 (5/8).

Wuhan Zall vs Chongqing Lifan Prediction & Match Preview

Wuhan Zall vs Chongqing Lifan
China – Super League
Date: Monday, 17 August 2020
Kick-Off at 11:00 UK/ 12:00 CET
Venue: Kunshan Stadium (Kunshan)
The Han army has lost its second game of the season. From four games now they have two wins and defeats each. For a team that has finished sixth last year, this is a mediocre start to a new campaign. But they will be happy to face a struggling Lifan this Monday.
The away team has no win in their four rounds. After starting the season with a defeat to Beijing Guoan, they are currently on a three-match drawing streak. Like many other teams, the defense has been their issue as they have given away more goals than what they scored.

Wuhan Zall vs Chongqing Lifan: Head-to-head (h2h)

  • Lifan has three wins and two defeats in their last five meetings with this opposition.
  • More than 2.5 goals were scored in three of those five games in different venues.
  • Only one team was able to score in four of those five games as well.
  • The home side picked up three wins and lost once in their five clashes with Lifan at this ground.
  • Both sides found the target in three of those five matches here.

Wuhan Zall vs Chongqing Lifan: Prediction

The Han Army won their previous meeting with Chongqing away from home. Even though the visitors have a slight upper hand considering head to head matches, they are in a losing streak away from home right now. They have no wins in four of their recent away fixtures in the league. But they are on a three-match drawing run at present. Also, both the matches that Wuhan won were at their home ground. So I think we can see the home team win or the match to draw.
Even though the away side has no wins this season, they are scoring at an average of more than a goal per game. The hosts have also scored five goals in four games and netted two or more goals in the matches they won. So I am backing both of them to score on Monday.

Wuhan Zall vs Chongqing Lifan: Betting Tips

  • Double Chance: Draw or Wuhan Zall to win @ 1.57 (4/7).
  • Both teams to score @ 1.70 (7/10).

Start vs Valerenga Prediction & Match Preview

Start vs Valerenga
Norway – Eliteserien
Date: Monday, 17 August 2020
Kick-Off at 19:30 UK/ 20:30 CET
Venue: Sparebanken Sør Arena (Kristianstad)
The home team is going from bad to worse this season. Currently, they are on a two-match losing streak which takes their losing tally to seven games. From 14 matches they have only one win which was against Mjondalen who is also in the relegation zone. They will need a miracle to win this upcoming tie.
Valerenga is fourth in the table after 13 matches. They have six wins and two defeats in those games and the majority of their matches have been drawn. With this current form, they are the favorites against the hosts who are new to the top tier.

Start vs Valerenga: Head-to-head (h2h)

  • The Bohemians are on a four-match winning run against this opposition.
  • The home side previously won this fixture back in August 2013.
  • More than 2.5 goals were scored in all three recent clashes between them.
  • Both sides found the back of the net in five of their last six clashes across different meetings.
  • The visitors picked up a win in all their three previous visits to this ground.
  • More than 2.5 goals were recorded in four of their five recent trips here.
  • All those four games had goals at both ends of the field also.

Start vs Valerenga: Prediction

The away team has lost two matches this season, both of them coming away from home. But those were against teams of the likes of Molde and Odds. At the same time, the home team is unbeaten in their four previous games at this ground which includes three draws and a win. But currently, they have lost to two top teams- Molde and Kristiansund in back to back games. Also, the head to head stats is favoring the visitors. So I think the Bohemians will improve their unbeaten streak on Monday.
In terms of goals, there was never a shortage when these two met on the field. Both of them scored in all three previous meetings overall. All those three games had a final score with more than 2.5 goals too. So I am backing the away team to win and a score of over 2.5 goals.

Start vs Valerenga: Betting Tips

  • The away team to win @ 1.67 (2/3).
  • Over 2.5 goals @ 1.78 (7/9).

Waasland-Beveren vs Standard Liege Prediction & Match Preview

Waasland-Beveren vs Standard Liege
Belgium – First Division A
Date: Monday, 17 August 2020
Kick-Off at 18:00 UK/ 19:00 CET
Venue: Freethiel Stadion (Beveren)
The team from Beveren was lucky that the league was expanded to 18 teams. But they have to make use of that luck to perform better this year around. They were lucky enough to play Kortrijk in the opening game. That away game finished 1-3 in favor of Leeuwen and that would have given them great confidence coming into their first home match of this campaign.

Liege has also started with a win, a narrow one-goal game against Cercle Brugge. But the team that finished fifth last time will be looking for a much better-attacking show than last time where they were the lowest scoring among the top five.

Waasland-Beveren vs Standard Liege: Head-to-head (h2h)

  • Both teams have two wins each in their last five head to head games.
  • More than 2.5 goals were scored in three of those five games.
  • Both sides found the back of the net in all three of those matches as well.
  • The home team is unbeaten in their last three clashes with these visitors here.
  • More than 2.5 goals came in three of their five previous clashes here.
  • All three of those games at this ground had goals at both ends of the filed too.

Waasland-Beveren vs Standard Liege: Prediction

Even on one of their worst seasons, Beveren managed to win this fixture last season. They remain unbeaten in the last three head to head games at this ground. But as of late they have been losing back to back matches in the league. So that is a concern for the home crowd. Similarly, the visitors have also lost two of their recent matches on the road against teams like Kortrijk and Charleroi. So I think we may see them share points on Monday.
Both of them have found the target in their only match of the season.  Most of their previous meetings at this ground had goals at both ends of the field. Beveren has scored three in their opening game but has also conceded once. So I am backing the match to draw with both teams scoring.

Waasland-Beveren vs Standard Liege: Betting Tips

  • Match to Draw @ 4.00 (3/1).
  • Both teams to score @ 1.87 (7/8).

Inter Milan vs Shakhtar Donetsk Prediction & Match Preview

Inter Milan vs Shakhtar Donetsk
Europa League
Date: Monday, 17 August 2020
Kick-off at 20:00 UK/ 21:00 CET
Venue: Merkur Spiel-Arena.
It seems like glory days are once again back for the Nerazzurri. They almost caused a massive upset in the Serie A this season, by threatening to overthrow Juventus from the top

While at the end they were not able to lift the title, they still finished a single point below the nine-time straight champions. However, with the Old Lady firing their gaffer and giving the reins to the practically inexperienced Andrea Pirlo, it’s the perfect opportunity for Antonio Conte’s men to strike.
And on top of that, a Europa triumph would be the cherry on top, considering that the Italian champions were bundled out of the CL by a team from the Ligue 1, in the Round of 16.
By the looks of things, the Nerazzurri do have the upper hand in this semi final fixture. They have been in phenomenal form since football resumed after the pandemic lockdown, and they are pitted against Hirnyky, who are from the far inferior Ukrainian Premier League.
On top of that, the battle-hardened Nerazzurri also do have a 100% unbeaten record against this opponent.
For the reasons, expect Inter to be the better team on the pitch this Monday.

Inter Milan vs Shakhtar Donetsk Head-to-head (h2h)

  • Conte’s men have a 100% winning record away from home, and they have scored two or more goals in all of such games. They are also yet to concede a goal in one of these matches.
  • These two were pitted in the CL Qualifiers of 2005. Then, the Italians recorded a 1-1 draw at home, and a 0-2 win on the road.

Inter Milan vs Shakhtar Donetsk Prediction

The Italians recorded a 2-1 win in the Quarter Final, against Bayer Leverkusen. They had taken control in the game early itself, with two goals even before the 20th minute.
Meanwhile, Luis Castro’s men registered a 4-1 win in their QF, against Basel. However, this time around, they do have a quality opponent.
Conte’s men have been one of the best in the continent since football has resumed, and if not for their dropped points earlier in the season, they might have run away with the Serie A title.
As of now, they are on a five-match winning run, and a ten-game unbeaten run. Going on, they were also unbeaten in 15 of their last 16 overall fixtures, and had scored two or more goals in 13 of their last 15 match-ups.
On the other hand, though Castro’s men are in form as well, they have not had the opportunity to fight opponents of great quality and fighting spirit. They have had it easy in the one-horse race that is the Ukrainian League.
Their defects and weaknesses will be dissected and presented to the world by Conte’s men, who regularly lock horns with the best teams in the world.
Moreover, the Italians also do have a far more experienced gaffer, and importantly, they do have a 100% unbeaten record against this rival.
For the reasons, expect Inter to be the victor of this clash.

Inter Milan vs Shakhtar Donetsk: Betting Tips

  • Inter to Win @ 1.75 (3/4)
  • Over 1.5 Team Goals by Inter @ 1.67 (2/3).

Najwyższy kontrakt w historii polskiej piłki! Legia Warszawa zarobi krocie

I były skomplikowane.

Trzeci klub w Europie

Nowy sponsor Legii, czyli firma Plus500 to czołowy internetowy broker kontraktów CFD (kontrakty różnicy kursowej).

TRABZONSPOR LOOK TO SIGN ELNENY

Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor have reportedly opened negotiations to sign Arsenal’s Egyptian international Mohamed Elneny.

The Pharaohs star has been on loan at Trabzonspor’s rivals Besiktas through the 2019-20 season, but he is unlikely to remain at the Black Eagles due to issues of unpaid wages.

A return to Arsenal is also not on the radar for the 28-year-old, who is not set to be a part of manager Mikel Arteta’s plans for the 2020-21 campaign.

Elneny impressed in the Super Lig through this past season, making 27 appearances for Besiktas, and Trabzonspor have moved to offer €1.7 million to sign the player on a permanent basis, according to a report in Turkish news outlet GazeteDamga.

Trabzonspor would represent an attractive destination for Elneny, with the club having finished second on the Turkish Super Lig table and won the Turkish Cup after beating Alanyaspor in the final.

However, they were banned from all UEFA club competitions for the 2020–21 and 2021–22 seasons by the UEFA Club Financial Control Body due to breaches of the UEFA Financial Fair Play Regulations.

Should Elneny sign for Trabzonspor, it is likely he will replace Senegal’s Badou Ndiaye, who had been on loan from Stoke City.

BOUDEBOUZ TO LEAVE ST. ETIENNE?

Ryad Boudebouz could be on his way out of St. Etienne.

According to Le10Sport, the Algeria international could leave the French Ligue 1 club a year after joining Las Verts from Spanish LaLiga club Real Betis.

The 30-year-old has played for four different clubs over the last four years having also spent time at Celta de Vigo since leaving Montpeillier.

According to the report, Bordeaux could be keen on the midfielder who scored two goals in 30 appearances across all competitions last season.

Boudebouz played 75 minutes in the club’s 1-0 loss to Paris Saint-Germain in the Coupe de France final late last month.

Born in France, he made his debut for Algeria in May 2010 and played for the Desert Foxes at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

LEAGUE ACTION RETURNS IN SOUTH AFRICA

After five months absent, league football returns to South Africa with the resumption of the 2019-20 Absa Premiership season this week.

The country has already witnessed the Nedbank Cup semifinals this past weekend, with Mamelodi Sundowns and Bloemfontein Celtic advancing at the expense of Bidvest Wits and Baroka FC respectively, but it is the intriguing league race which will truly capture the imagination.

All matches will be played behind closed doors and within a Biologically Safe Environment (BSE) in Gauteng to ensure health and hygiene protocols are maintained at all times.

Reigning champions Sundowns will get the ball rolling with a clash against Orlando Pirates at Dobsonville Stadium on the evening of Tuesday 11 August. It’s a crunch match for the Brazilians, who are four points adrift of leaders Kaizer Chiefs but hold a game in hand, and will have some mileage in their legs after playing in the cup on the weekend.

“I told the guys if they think this is stress, the serious stress is coming on Tuesday,” said ‘Downs manager Pitso Mosimane, who would love to see his side overtake Chiefs and get one over his counterpart Ernst Middendorp.

Chiefs will have an immediate chance to reply to Sundowns on Wednesday when they host Bidvest Wits at Orlando Stadium, though their build-up has been clouded somewhat by rumours that Middendorp will leave the club at the end of the campaign – regardless of whether the title is won or not.

From Friday 14 to Sunday 16 August is the first full round of the restart, with title contenders Sundowns and Chiefs away to Highlands Park and Polokwane City respectively.

The Amakhosi’s clash against Polokwane could also have seismic effects on a relegation battle which sees the bottom four separated by just three points.

The key clash in this regard sees AmaZulu host Baroka in a relegation six-pointer at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday, while Sunday features bottom-of-the-log Black Leopards hosting Maritzburg United at FNB Stadium in a must-win clash.
