It seems strange that a team that has won the Europa League a record 5 times has to play in the qualifying stages to get back into it but that is all about their La Liga season and now Spanish giants Sevilla will have to take on Ujpest to get to the 3rd qualifying round.

Everything points to a Sevilla victory here and they are massive odds on. They are in fact already one of the favorite teams to win the Europa League again but first of course they have to qualify. In this decade alone they have won the Europa League 3 times in a row.

Things went as planned in the first leg and with a massive 4-0 win, the Andalusians sit in a better position to make it to the third round.

Despite the lead, the players and coach will all be 100% motivated and anything else for a serial winner would be seen as hugely embarrassing and a bad result would impact on their League form too make no mistake.

For Ujpest the task is once again be to keep the score low and frustrate their opponent, something that we cannot see happening.

Valur were just seconds away from advancing past Rosenborg in the first qualifying round of the Champions League, but they were blamed for the 94th minute penalty which sent Norwegian giants through.

Icelandic champions will thus continue their European adventure in Europa League where they’ve been dealt one of the easiest second-round draws. The current Urvalsdeild leaders will look for their third-round place past Andorran champions FC Santa Coloma.

Santa Coloma are the weakest team at this stage of the competition. They even failed to pass the preliminary round of the Champions League qualifications losing 0-2 to Kosovar Drita after extra-time.

The loss came exactly a month ago and Santa Coloma have not played a single competitive game before the first leg of the corresponding tie.

However, things didnt go as planned for the Icelandic team in the first leg and the Andorran club stood firm to snatch a 1-0 win. It is game on when these two lock horns once again, this time at Reykjavik.

Despite the underwhelming first leg defeat, every single parameter speaks in Valur’s favour. The hosts should be in a much better physical condition as they are midway through the season in Urvalsdeild.

The quality is by far on their side and a true miracle should happen for FC Santa Coloma to even make the lead last once the balls roll at Hlidarendi.

Alashkert were just not a match for Scottish giants Celtic in their Champions League tie, losing both fixtures with the same 0-3 scoreline. Can they do better in the second qualifying round of Europa League when they are set to play Montenegrin champions Sutjeska? Sutjeska can be tough to break down, especially in front of the home fans, and we are tempted to go for the hosts to keep their net untouched at the odds of 1.83 here.

This is a huge chance for Nikola Rakojevic’s troops to finally make a step-up in European competition and we doubt they’ll fail to take advantage of it. Since Sutjeska have not been thriving up front lately either, backing a low-scoring contest should be a safe bet as well.

В первой игре, проходившей на арене "Нефтяник" в Уфе, команды сыграли вничью, не забив голов. Победитель двухматчевого противостояния выйдет в третий квалификационный раунд Лиги Европы. Российский клуб имеет больше шансов на проход в следующую стадию, потому что "Уфе" достаточно добиться результативной ничьей. В таком случае уфимцы победят благодаря голам, забитым на гостевом поле.

"Уфа" впервые в истории участвует в еврокубках, поэтому выход в третий квалификационный раунд может стать для клуба историческим результатом.
