Croatian pair Sebastijan Antic and Sanin Muminovic combined to create space down the left flank before the latter drilled a low cross for Radhi to tap in from inside the six-yard-box to open the scoring for the Iraqis in the 37th minute.
Air Force Club were handed a golden opportunity to double their lead in the final minute of the first half.
Skipper Hammadi Ahmed was brought down inside the box by Abdullaye Dieng and Radhi stepped up to deliver from the resulting penalty kick for his fifth goal of the campaign as the Iraqis took a two-goal lead into the break.
The hosts continued to dominate with limited attempts from Al Suwaiq in the second half, most notably through Khaled Al Hajri’s left-footed effort after being set up by Dieng, which was saved by goalkeeper Fahad Talib.
The victory secured Air Force Club a place in the Zonal Semi-finals after countrymen Al Zawraa conceded a late goal to share points with Syria’s Al Jaish in Group B.
Al Suwaiq, meanwhile, exited the group without a single point after six defeats.
