Zamalek: We filed a lawsuit because of racial chants towards Shikabala

Zamalek president  has revealed that they have filed a lawsuit because of racial chants towards  during the last .
The White Knights had defeated Al Ahly on penalties to win the Egypt Super Cup back in February as several fights broke down on the pitch after the game.
As a result, the EFA imposed multiple fines on players and club officials as their behaviour caused severe punishment by the EFA’s ethics and discipline committee.
Emam Ashour was one of Zamalek’s players who received a heavy punishment as he was banned until the end of the season for stamping on Walid Soliman’s back after the game.

“Zamalek have filed a lawsuit in the international football federation (FIFA) because of the racist chants against Shikabala by Al-Ahly fans [in the Egypt Super Cup game],” Mansour told Zamalek’s official TV channel.

“Where was Amr El-Ganainy, the Egyptian Football Association’s president, when he heard the chants from 30,000 fans against Shikabala?
“Instead of reconciling with Walid Soliman after the game, he should’ve gone to Shikabala who was devastated because of racial chants.
“Zamalek does not neglect any of its players, and we will move on with the case until Shikabala gets his right,” he added.
