Juventus want Tottenham linked Cristante, Liverpool ace could be the loser

A look at the repercussions of Juventus' interest in Bryan Cristante, which could affect Tottenham and an outgoing Liverpool player.

Bryan Cristante's excellent season for Atalanta has made him one of Europe's most in demand players.
Atalanta will to sign him permanently for just four million Euros from Benfica as per terms of their loan agreement and are hotly tipped to sell him on for around 30 million, SkySports report.
Italian champions Juventus are now showing a strong interest, Tuttomercatoweb claim.
Their interest would come as an obvious threat to Tottenham, who The Telegraph claimed were planning to target Cristante as a replacement for Mousa Dembele.

Cristante, 23, is seven years younger than Dembele and is an emerging talent who would offer more of a goalscoring threat than the Belgian, having netted 12 times from central midfield this season.
Juventus not only knocked Tottenham out of the Champions League this season and can be more boastful about that, but they can offer a better chance of silverware, evidenced by their repeated Serie A title successes.
Their desire to sign Cristante is a clear threat to Tottenham, and it also affected a Liverpool player too.

Emre Can is close to joining Juventus on a free transfer from Liverpool when his contract expires.
Cristante arriving too to compete for a midfield spot could be a sickener for him.
Tuttosport report they desire to both players, but there could only be room for one, with Sami Khedira, Blaise Matuidi, Claudio Marchisio and Miralem Pjanic all competing for positions.
If Can signs for Juventus and sees Cristante sign too, he may quickly consider that he might have been better off staying put at Liverpool.
