Everton striker Moise Kean condemned by EPL club for flouting coronavirus lockdown

Everton footballer Moise Kean is likely to face disciplinary action after flouting coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
The 20-year-old Italian international filmed himself at home partying with guests, clearly breaching social distancing regulations in place during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The striker's English Premier League club condemned Kean's actions in a statement released on Sunday (NZ time).
"Everton Football Club was appalled to learn of an incident in which a first team player ignored government guidance and club policy in relation to the coronavirus crisis," the statement read.

"Everton has regularly stressed the importance of following all the government guidelines - including rules and advice for inside and outside of the home - through a series of official communications to all staff members, including players.
"The amazing people in the NHS deserve the utmost respect for their hard work and sacrifice. The best way to show them respect is by doing everything we can to protect them."
Kean, who is in his first season at Everton after joining on a five-year deal from Juventus, is the latest EPL player to ignore lockdown rules.
Aston Villa's Jack Grealish and Manchester City's Kyle Walker were both forced to aplogise for breaching restrictions, while Tottenham Hotspur duo Serge Aurier and Moussa Sissoko also said sorry after training together.
