The Devils will have to face intense competition in the remaining ten match-days to keep their position safe. The likes of Spurs, the Blades, the Wanderers etc have smelt blood, and will not give up chase.

The Foxes have been the best side in the PL other than the two titans, and a win to nil against them, that too at the King Power Stadium, showed the quality of the defending champions.

Even though the PL crown appear to be lost for the Citizens, they are still very much alive in the CL and the FA Cup, and just had won the EFL Cup. This momentum will definitely help them in this final stages of the season.

And they did all this in the space of one week.

To top this all off, they could deliver a win in this fierce derby, and Pep would once again hold the respect, that he had had lost since Jurgen Klopp had started his unbelievable run.

It helps that the PL title-holders are on a three-game winning run at the Old Trafford, and since 2011, only once have they lost a league battle here. On the other hand, the Devils are yet to get back to their old level, and Ole still has a lot of job to do before they could compete for the major trophies.

As things stand, the guests Manchester City are expected to win this fiercely competitive encounter. However, the fact that it’s the Manchester Derby rules out a clear favorite. The Devils are at home, and they will be desperate to hold on to their CL ticket.
