The Rossoneri are set to host struggling Genoa inside an empty stadium due to coronavirus outbreak in the Lombardy region.

After beating Torino 1-0, Stefano Pioli’s side played out a 1-1 stalemate against Fiorentina at the hostile Artemio Franchi.

Milan took 11 points from their last six league matches and they find themselves at fifth place in the recent form table, and seventh in the Serie A standings, three points behind Gennaro Gattuso’s side and six points adrift of fifth-placed Roma.

They will be looking to secure back-to-back home wins for the first time this season.

I Grifone’s four-game unbeaten run in the league, which included wins over Cagliari and Bologna, came to a halt as they fell to a 2-3 home defeat at the hands of title-contending Lazio.

Stefano Pioli won’t be able to count on Leo Duarte (5 games – 0 goals) and Krunic (9/0). G. Donnarumma (GK, 24 games) is questionable.

Both sides have upped their games in recent weeks and I expect to see an interesting and tighly-contested affair at San Siro. I’d say a draw is more likely to happen than hosts to win by two goals or more. With that in mind, I will back Genoa in Asian Handicap.

With a 2-1 or 1-1 score line hunch, I’m hitting goals market to pick goals on both sides. The visitors are fighting for their lives and I am fairly confident they will get on the scoresheet here. After all, Grifone have scored at least one goal in seven of eight games under Davide Nicola.
