Tanguy Ndombele appears to have addressed speculation regarding his Tottenham future with a cryptic post on Instagram.
The 23-year-old, a club-record signing from Lyon in 2019, has struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League this season.
Ndombele was hauled off at half-time during the draw against Burnley in March and afterwards drew strong public criticism from manager Jose Mourinho over his disappointing display.
Barcelona have recently been linked with a swap deal which could see Nelson Semedo and Samuel Umtiti move to north London in exchange for the midfielder.
But Ndombele appeared to show where his focus lies on social media on Monday night.
The Frenchman uploaded footage of him playing for Tottenham with the three-word caption, "Rien à signaler", which translates to "nothing to report".
Many fans have taken the post as an indication that Ndombele plans to stay at Spurs for the foreseeable future.
Earlier this month, Ndombele was seen attending a one-on-one training session with Mourinho on Hadley Common in Barnet during the coronavirus lockdown.
Mourinho subsequently accepted that he had gone against lockdown guidelines by organising the session.
