RB Leipzig have reportedly joined Liverpool in the race to sign Werder Bremen's Milot Rashica.
Jurgen Klopp's side have allegedly identified the 23-year-old as a potential summer signing, having been impressed by his form at club level during the 2019-20 campaign.
Rashica has managed 10 goals and five assists in 24 outings for Bremen this season, including seven goals and four assists in Germany's top flight.
Liverpool are said to be weighing up a summer move for the Kosovo international, but according to Weser Kurier, the European champions are likely to face competition from Leipzig.
The report claims that the Bundesliga outfit have earmarked Rashica as a potential replacement for Timo Werner, who continues to be strongly linked with a move to Anfield.
The Bremen attacker allegedly has a £33m release clause in his current deal.
