South Sudan’s Bright Stars to battle Somalia today





The Bright Stars have been training since the team arrived in Juba last week after the first leg in Djibouti where the edged Somali 2-1

ADDIS ABABA – South Sudan’s National Football Team (Bright Stars) is set to battle it out with Somali Team in a return leg of the African Championships Tournament (CHAN) on Sunday.
Anthony John Lauro the Secretary General of South Sudan Football Association revealed that the Bright Stars have been training since the team arrived in Juba last week after the first leg in Djibouti where the edged Somali 2-1
“I expect South Sudan to play well and defeat Somalia team with more Goals; I believe that National team will do something at least three goals” the confident Secretary General said in a different scenario, the Chairman of the Somali Community in Juba.
Mr. Abdullah Hassan Mohamud revealed out of the 10,000 Somali community leaving in the country, 5,000 will definitely be at the stadium to support their team.
