The head coach of Greek giants Olympiacos FC, Pedro Martins, have agreed a new deal with the Red and Whites that will keep him at the club until 2022.
Martins has coached the 44-time Greek champions the last two seasons, and his side finished the regular season unbeaten at the top of the league.
His side awaits the post-season playoffs, which were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic but are set to resume soon.
“I’m thrilled to extend my contract with Olympiacos. It is a matter of great pride and responsibility to lead this team, and we want to build on the work we started in May 2018,” Martins wrote on Instagram.

“We’ve had an excellent season and will continue to fight to win titles for this great club. I thank the President for his trust in me and my staff, and the resources he’s given us since day one.”
Ahmed Hassan Kouka had rejoined Olympiacos on loan from SC Braga back in the January transfer window where he managed to rediscover his form this season.
The Egyptian striker scored four goals in eight appearances across all competitions since his return to Greece.
