Rangers blogger Four Lads Had a Dream has earned the adulation of Rangers fans on Twitter for slaughtering an obtuse journalist who tried to correct the blog’s grammar.
The popular Rangers influencer was directly responding to a Daily Record story which was written by agenda-driven “journalist” Mark McGivern.
McGivern had dredged up a story concerning Rangers’ new head of communications David Graham, where through an unnamed Rangers fan source accused him of using sectarian language concerning Celtic Park.
The club’s support was quick to point out that describing Celtic Park as “the piggery” was far from sectarian and leapt to the defence of the club’s latest communications employee.
The desperation of the story caught the eye of Rangers fans everywhere with McGivern seeking to create a storm around Graham’s history in politics and in Orangeism.
Four Lads represented one of the most vocal opposition stances to the disgraceful, religiously motivated article and McGivern would eventually respond, sarcastically correcting the blogger’s language.
What Four Lads was to come back with would absolutely blow McGivern out of the water:
Claiming that he is just a blogger, whilst McGivern is masquerading as a journalist, Four Lads points out that he recently conducted an interview with a first-team Rangers player.
In contrast, McGivern spends his day trawling through old Facebook posts desperately trying to whip up a religiously-motivated storm in the Scottish press.
Rangers fans applauded Four Lads for shutting the journalist down with his comments:
