Inter are looking at Roma's Radja Nainggolan and Cagliari's Nicolo Barella as their reinforcements for the Champions League next season. At a press conference just hours ago, Luciano Spalletti confirmed that they are interested in those two players: "They are both good players". They are profiles that could replace a player like Rafinha, even Spalletti admitted it, because they can't met Barcelona's buyout clause at the moment. If they were interested, they would have to wait until June 30, as Inter would collect 40 million euros that was required by UEFA's FFP rules.
If Inter would open up negotiations for Barella, they would look at sending some of their young players to Cagliari. It would be simliar to last summer's transfer with Sampdoria for Skiniar and Caprari. Regarding the Belgian, Roma value Nainggolan at no less than 40 million euros and the player earns 5 million with bonus included. At lot will depend on the player's will, but Spalletti is asking Ausilio to understand the eventual possibilities to bring forth this move. There was also discussions with the agent for both players, Alessandro Beltrami, earlier today, but they only scratched the surface. It's only the initial discussions with Nainggolan and Barella as the topics.
