Caen and Toulouse will play this rescheduled match after bad weather meant that the game had to be cancelled a few weeks ago. It will be an early kick off on Wednesday and both clubs will be searching for vital points.

At the weekend Caen stopped a 4 game losing streak by getting a very decent 1-1 draw away to Metz. Even though Metz are bottom of the league, they had just beaten Rennes and were favourites to get another win over Caen. The point means that Caen are 7 points in front of the bottom three and should be safe this season despite very poor form. In-between the rescheduling of this match Caen lost the Coupe de France semi-final against PSG.

Toulouse had a massive win at the weekend by beating Angers 2-1 and although they are still in 17th place, they now have a 4 point advantage to 18th placed Troyes.

Caen’s home form is mixed, and they lost their last match here against Montpellier 3-1. But they have won 7 games at home no mean feat for a club that have been quite poor this season.

Toulouse’s away form is not good having lost 10 of their 16 matches so far. They have won just 2 games on the road, scoring just 12 goals all season.
