Probabili formazioni Palermo-Lazio: Nestorovski c'è, Marchetti out

Watford vs Stoke City: Preview and Prediction

Watford vs Stoke City: Preview, Prediction and Betting Tips-27th November 2016

Watford vs Stoke City
England Premier League.
Date: Sunday, 27th November 2016,
Kick-off at 12:00 UK.
Venue: Vicarage Road, Watford.
Watford will face Stoke City in the week 13 of the Premier League at Vicarage road on Sunday afternoon as they hope to continue their good form.
Watford will be hopeful of a back to back win in this game, having defeated English Champions last weekend. The result took them up to 8th place in the league table with 18 points. They are just a point below Manchester United and Everton in the 6th and 7th position respectively. A win in this game will make them a serious top half contenders in this campaign.
On the contrary, Stoke City’s 6-game unbeaten rum was halted in a 1-0 home defeat to Bournemouth last weekend. This week, they will be hoping to put last week’s loss behind them. They are now on 13th position with 13 points 5 points below their host Watford. They only need to improve their away record, having won just once in their last 9 away games in the Premier League.

Watford vs Stoke City: Head to Head Statistics

Watford and Stoke City have played 24 times in the past, but most of the games have been on Championship platform. They have played 16 games in the Championship and 8 games in the Championship.
Watford are slightly better in the head to head comparison with 11 wins against Stoke’s 10 win. At Vicarage Road, both have been equal in comparison as they have won 5 games each and drawn once. Their last game here a Vicarage Road was won by Stoke City as the game ended 1-2.

Watford vs Stoke City: Prediction

Watford have been on a good form of late, except for the defeat at Anfield, they are on an unbeaten streak since October. They have been good at home with 10 points in their last 4 home games. Stoke have been good also, but their away firm have been appalling. Winning this game will be very difficult for Stoke City as they have truck load f injuries in their squad.

Palermo vs Lazio: Preview and Prediction

Palermo vs Lazio: Preview, Predictions and Betting Tips-27th November-2016

Palermo vs Lazio
2016/17 Italian Serie A.
Date: Sunday, 27 November 2016
Kick-Off: 11:30 UK,
Venue: Stadio Renzo Barbera (Palermo).
Lazio will have an excellent chance to continue their slowly growing unbeaten streak as they travel to face a Palermo side without a win in nearly two months.
October 2nd. That was the last time the Rosanero managed to get even a point from a match, when they drew Sampdoria 1-1. Since then, Palermo have gone on to lose their past six games, including a recent 3-1 reversal to Bologna. Oddly enough, they have managed to score in every single one of these losses but can’t get over the finish line.
Against Torino, they took an early lead, only to ship four goals. In their tie with Udinese, they again went ahead and conceded three times without reply. The same happened against Bologna, and they now will have to pick themselves up yet again as they welcome a Lazio side who have been pretty impressive this term.
Palermo’s form is quite curious as the floundering Rosanero fare better off on the road than they do at home. It’s surprising that current coach Roberto De Zerbi is still on the bench, especially given the notoriously impatient owner Maurizio Zamparini’s tendency to fire several managers throughout the course of a season, but perhaps the easily-frustrated president has just decided to try to weather the storm.
As for Lazio, the Biancocelesti have been quite excellent under Simone Inzaghi. They have made it clear that they are pushing for a European football spot, and with the team in the form they are in right now, it may be more than the Europa League they are aiming for. Currently, Lazio find themselves within a point of AC Milan and city rivals Roma after overcoming Genoa, and could eclipse these two sides with a road win in the first game taking place on Sunday.

Palermo vs Lazio: Head-to-head statistics

  • Palermo have yet to win a single home game this season.
  • In fact, the Rosanero have lost all six of their home games so far.
  • Lazio are undefeated in their past eight Serie A games.
  • Palermo have conceded at least two goals in their past six matches.
  • There have been over 2.5 goals in Palermo’s last six matches

Palermo vs Lazio: Prediction

Ilija Nestorovski has been scoring for Palermo – in fact, he’s netted in the team’s last four games. Unfortunately, it was all in vain as his solitary effort was not enough to prevent the Rosanero from losing all of those matches. To make matters worse, Palermo will be missing a crop of players due to injury. Meanwhile, although Lazio will have to make do without first-choice shot-stopper Federico Marchetti, the Biancocelesti nonetheless should be able to take advantage of their struggling opponents to pick up another three points.
Given that Palermo have managed to score in their past couple of games and Lazio will be fielding their second-choice goalie, the Rosanero may be able to nick a goal, but it will not likely be enough to prevent the Aquile from soaring to victory.

Villarreal vs Alaves: Preview and Prediction

Villarreal vs Alaves: Preview, Predictions and Betting Tips-27th November 2016

Villarreal vs Alaves
Spanish La Liga
Date: Sunday, 27th November, 2016.
Kick-Off: 11:00 UK
Venue: El Madrigal, Villarreal.
The past 4 weeks have been the worst of times for Villarreal, yet they remain at the fourth position in the Spanish La Liga table. They lost 2 of their last three matches, with both coming in the away matches. However, they can still boast of a formidable record while playing at home. This is something that gives enough confidence when hosting the newly promoted Deportivo Alaves at El Madrigal on Sunday afternoon.
The yellow submarines succumbed to a 0-2 away defeat to Athletic Bilbao last week, and it was their second La Liga defeat of the season. The past 4 weeks have been a nightmare for them as they have just a win in their last 5 games in all competitions, while losing 5.
Alaves have been inconsistent this season, they suffered a 0-1 defeat against Espanyol last weekend. The last week’s result happened to be their 5th defeat of the season, which have kept them in 14th position. Villarreal are a tough opponent for the new sides, but they can keep focus and get something out of the game.

Villarreal vs Alaves: Head to Head Statistics

Games between Villarreal and Alaves in the past have always been tight to call. They have drawn just once in their previous 14 meetings in all competitions. Villarreal took 6 wins and Alaves picked 7 wins during the period.
While playing at El Madrigal, Villarreal have won in 4 of the last 5 games, with Alaves nicking one win. The meeting on Sunday will be the first La Liga meeting between the two since the 2005/16 season.

Villarreal vs Alaves: Prediction

The El Madrigal is a fortress for Villarreal and it has been the case in past season as well. They are unbeaten at home this season after registering 5 wins and a draw from the 6 league so far. The only time they failed to pick full points was when they met Sevilla on matchday 2 of the season. It is pretty clear that they will pick up all three points against a side like Alaves, who have lost 4 of their last 6 matches.
