Six Months Shutdown, Celtic Champions – Reports Ramp Up Ahead of Pivotal Week

There have been reports this evening that we’re moving for a complete football shutdown for SIX months with discussions happening all the time on how to finish this campaign and prepare for the next one.

Journalists have been speculating all day with RecordSport now claiming they understand there’s a growing belief football will not return until September.
The paper claims the Scottish game will be tied up with Celtic crowned champions and the Scottish Cup games left over will act as a curtain raiser to the new season later this year.
The thought of no football until September as our lives are disrupted hugely is not ideal but at this point the virus seems to be taking hold of the country.
Lives are at risk and there are more important things than football.
News will be coming fast within the next week, expect announcements in the coming days. UEFA will be holding a meeting on Tuesday.
