The Foxes seemed they were on course to repeat their heroics of their 2015-16 season, in the first half of the league campaign. However, this time around, the job proved to be much more difficult, especially with the form of Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

Still, after such a wonferful run, it would be considered a shame if the Foxes were not able to secure at least a Champions League entry. They still are in a position to go after that objective, but need to be careful to not drop anymore careless points.

Despite being on the road, Leicester had taken the lead against Burnley the last match-day. However, in the second half, the home team hit back with two goals to take the win.

Meanwhile, West Ham were at home, and were held to a 1-1 draw by Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton.

In regards to result this Wednesday, consider the fact that the awe-inspiring Leicester are desperate for the three points. In spite of their recent stumbles, the wounded Foxes are still one of the most dangerous opponents for any team to take on right now.

Moreover, they will have the additional support of the King Power Stadium to cheer them on.

Going on, Leicester won the reverse fixture of this upcoming game, and had registered five of the last six h2h wins. They also have lost just twice against this opponent since 2000, and have failed to score only once against them at this ground since 2004.

Taking into account these observations, it’s expected that the Foxes should make a return to their winning ways this Wednesday at home.

On the same note, they used to be the best defensive side in the whole competition, before their tough set of fixtures started. As of now, the foxes are trying to get back into their groove, and we can count on their incredible backline to give their heart out on the pitch.

While a clean sheet for the whole game seems a little too much to ask, to do so for the first 45 minutes is a reasonable enough task, and we believe Leicester are capable to do just that.
