Dia-a-dia e crise financeira: Sport pode reduzir até 10 peças do elenco quando futebol voltar

Forma de trabalhar e custos foram as justificativas abordadas por Daniel Paulista sobre diminuição; técnico pontuou que saídas só após pandemia

Mesmo em meio à pandemia do coronavírus, o Sport seguiu tendo acréscimo de jogadores no seu elenco, o que deixou o grupo do técnico Daniel Paulista ainda mais inchado. E diante desse cenário, o clube deve, quando o futebol retornar, encaminhar algumas saídas. A ideia, de acordo com o treinador, é reduzir o elenco para 27 ou 28 jogadores - atualmente, são 38 peças no plantel.

E essa diminuição no elenco se dá por dois motivos, segundo Daniel Paulista: o número elevado compromete o trabalho no CT, além de pontuar a crise financeira vivida na Ilha do Retiro.

“O Sport hoje conta com um elenco grande de atletas, temos em torno de 40 jogadores. É praticamente inviável, impossível, trabalhar no dia-a-dia com esse número de atletas. Então vamos ter que diminuir esse número”, iniciou em entrevista à Rádio Jornal. 

“Paralelamente a isso, ocorreu essa pandemia, o que impacta o lado financeiro. O clube não tem condição de manter 40 jogadores”, completou. O técnico leonino, no entanto, fez questão de frisar que essas decisões serão colocadas em prática quando houver uma estabilidade no cenário vivido atualmente, tanto da melhora no quadro da pandemia, como quando houver a volta das competições.

“Quero salientar que não falamos sobre esse ponto, já que existem aspectos mais importantes para serem conversados. Mas no momento oportuno, precisaremos conversar a respeito disso porque é um ponto importante para o andamento da temporada”, concluiu.

Durante este período de inatividade, iniciado no 16 de março, o Sport teve três reforços: foram anunciados o lateral direito Patric e o atacante Ronaldo, além do retorno de empréstimo do lateral direito Elias, que estava no Athletico-PR. Enquanto isso, de saídas, somente o volante Jean Patrick, que pediu rescisão indireta do contrato alegando salários atrasados.

O Leão teve a crise financeira agravada ainda mais pela pandemia. No momento, são dois meses de salários atrasados junto ao elenco, além de suspensão de atividades amadoras até o fim do ano. Quanto ao futebol, apesar de movimentos de clubes do sudeste e mais recentemente do Ceará (único na região), o Sport ainda não tem prazo para voltar aos treinos, tampouco há data para retorno do Estadual - apesar da FPF já ter garantido todo o protocolo de volta, aguardando apenas o aval do governo do estado.

Coordenador técnico do Santa, Thiago Duarte esmiúça trabalho para formar joias no Arruda

Ambicioso, integrante da comissão técnica da Cobra Coral projeta 50% do elenco profissional composto só de promessas quando clube chegar à Série A

Um passo de cada vez. É assim que Thiago Duarte enxerga a evolução das categorias de base do Santa Cruz. Coordenador técnico da Cobra Coral há dois anos, Thiago, em uma entrevista à plataforma independente Footure, dentre outros tópicos, esmiuçou a metodologia  pensada por ele para maximizar a formação de jovens promessas no Arruda. 

E foi um tanto ambicioso: almeja que o Santa Cruz, ao chegar na elite do futebol brasileiro, a Série A, tenha metade do elenco profissional composto por apenas jogadores formados nas categorias de base do clube. Um projeto, evidentemente, que não deve ser levado em consideração apenas pelo seu quantitativo, alerta Thiago. 

“A gente projeta ter em torno de 50% de joias no elenco profissional, ao chegar na Série A do brasileiro. Mas não basta termos apenas o número, precisamos ter um nível de competitividade alta para que isso possa representar de forma efetiva o rendimento dentro de campo”, afirmou o coordenador técnico da base do Santa Cruz. 

Com orçamento apertado e pouca capacidade de investir em estrutura nas categorias de base, cujo departamento recebe cerca de R$ 100 mil por mês, o Santa Cruz, há algum tempo, monitora jovens atletas fazendo uma verdadeira ‘pesca’ nos campinhos das comunidades de toda a Região Metropolitana do Recife. 

Apesar das dificuldades para implementar uma formação de qualidade aos jovens atletas, a filosofia de trabalho de Thiago Duarte, coordenador técnico da Cobra Coral, é de que se traga o jogador desde muito cedo para o Santa Cruz, de modo que ele se familiarize/se identifique com o clube e até chegar ao profissional.  

“No processo de formação nosso custo tem que ser o mínimo possível, pois captamos os atletas muito jovens e identificamos potenciais esportivos, personalidade e de comportamentos correspondentes com a filosofia e cultura do clube. E é dessa forma que conseguimos desenvolver, capacitar e aumentar o processo de competitividade até chegar ao profissional”, completa. 

Náutico sofre nova redução em valor referente a cota de televisionamento da Série B

Timbu recebeu algo em torno de R$ 311 mil neste mês, quantia próxima a 50% do montante bruto estipulado em contrato com rede de televisão

O drama que cerca a situação financeira dos clubes brasileiros neste período sem jogos ganhou mais um episódio no Náutico. Isso acontece porque a redução no valor pago nas cotas de transmissão da Série B, que foi anunciada no início de maio, foi mais pesada do que se esperava no Timbu. Se antes a medida anunciava uma queda de 30% nos pagamentos de R$ 600 mil feitos pela Rede Globo, os alvirrubros tiveram a surpresa de receber um valor próximo de 50% deste montante. 

De acordo com o vice-presidente jurídico do Náutico, Bruno Becker, após serem descontados os valores referentes às porcentagens da Federação Pernambucana de Futebol (FPF), do Sindicato dos Atletas e do INSS, o Timbu receberia um repasse de R$ 311 mil, que, aliás, nem chega aos cofres do clube devido ao bloqueio judicial posto pela 12ª Vara do Trabalho para o pagamento de acordos trabalhistas entre a agremiação e ex-funcionários.  

"A cota era algo entorno de R$ 600 mil em seu valor bruto e tinha os descontos de praxe (6% FPF, 5% Sindicato dos Atletas, 5% do INSS) saídos diretamente para obtermos o valor líquido. No mês passado recebemos algo entorno de R$ 415 mil já com os abatimentos. Este mês foram apenas R$ 311 mil. Dinheiro este que nem vai para a conta do clube. Ele é direcionado de maneira imediata para a 12ª Vara do Trabalho e fica lá retido para o pagamento de inúmeros acordos trabalhistas. O que sobra, ela vai liberando para o clube conforme nós comprovamos as nossas despesas", explicou Becker. 

Quando anunciada a redução, a emissora carioca apontou que apenas três parcelas sofreriam abatimentos e os clubes seriam ressarcidos no final de período de pagamentos. Com a queda maior do que a esperada nas receitas, Becker aponta que o Náutico irá procurar a emissora para pedir explicações sobre a diminuição do que foi previamente anunciado e a diretoria alvirrubra espera que ocorra o ressarcimento do que foi retido mais à frente.

"Estamos aguardando o momento correto, pois lá atrás foi assinado um contrato que previa uma remuneração por cada participação. Vamos procurar a Globo para sabermos o motivo, mesmo sabendo que eles irão alegar a queda de receitas devido à suspensão dos jogos em decorrência do coronavírus. Nós compreendemos isso, mas esperamos que isso seja pago lá na frente. Para nós, uma redução de 30% é muito pesada e uma de 50% deixa o clube praticamente inviável", frisou.
