Chelsea winger Nathan is set to join Atletico Mineiro in Brazil on a season-long loan.
According to TalkSport, Mineiro have agreed a deal with Chelsea to bring the forward to Brazil until the end of the upcoming season.
The report claims that Nathan is now set to head over to complete a medical and sign his contract before an official announcement can be made.
The winger joined Chelsea in 2015, but has been sent out on a string of loan deals and is yet to make his senior bow for Chelsea.
The 22-year-old has been capped 14 times by Brazil at under-20 level, scoring three goals. He will be looking to impress in Brazil in an attempt to revive his career in Europe.
Nathan spent last season out on loan in Portugal, where he failed to make an impact on a regular basis.
