Red Bull Bragantino e Botafogo-SP se enfrentaram neste sábado, 1, no Canindé, pela semifinal do Troféu do Interior de 2020. Com gols de Wellington Tanque e Matheus Jesus, a partida terminou empata em 1 a 1. Nos pênaltis, com duas defesas de Cleiton, o Braga levou a melhor e garantiu vaga à final da competição.

Parados na trave

A primeira e única grande do Botafogo-SP no primeiro tempo foi apenas aos 20 minutos. Ronald deu belo passe e encontrou Wellington Tanque dentro da área, que tocou na saída de Cleiton e a bola foi na trave. Na sequência, o zagueiro Léo Realpe afastou o perigo.
